Renovation of a stadium in Hoopeston, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
22352 The project consists of installing a concrete pad to support the stadium* bleachers at the Hoopeston Area Community Unit School District #11 Athletic complex. Prevailing wages in accordance with Vermilion County is required. Bid security is required, in the form of a bid bond or certified check in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid as guarantee that the bid will not be withdrawn within 30 days after the date of opening bids, and the successful bidder will enter into a Contract for the work awarded to them. Bid security shall be made payable to Hoopeston Area CUSD #11. Bonds are required: Both a performance Bond and a labor and Payment Bond are required for this project, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. Your bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission* The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or any part thereof, to waive any informality in bidding, and to accept bids deemed most favorable to the owner. Award of a contract is anticipated to occur by February 17, 2023. The work area will not be available for on-site work activities until FRIDAY March 3 2023. The work shall be Substantially Complete on or before May 19, 2023 with Final Completion on or before May 26, 2023.
