Prevailing wages in accordance with Vermilion County is required. Bid security is required, in the form of a bid bond or certified check in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid as guarantee that the bid will not be withdrawn within 30 days after the date of opening Contract and the successful bidder will enter into a ontract for the work awarded to them. Bid security shall be made payable to Hoopeston Area CUSD #11. Bonds are required: Both a performance Bond and a labor and Payment Bond are required for this project, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price.
