Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in West Monroe, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.

Cooperate fully with separate contractors so work on those contracts may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract or other contracts. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed under separate contracts. The work includes the installation of a new, outdoor, natural gas powered emergency generator and transfer switch (ATS) at the (OPSB) Child Nutrition Warehouse. The Generator will supply back-up power to an existing facility 400 amp, 120/208V panelboard that serves walk-in freezers and coolers. The existing warehouse is served with natural gas and the contractor will tap and provide a new line to the generator.
