Existing roadway is variable depth mill and then overlay (variable depth) Phase 1 widening is to the right (south) side of the existing roadway Phase 1 widening consists of unclassified excavation, 14" ABC Class 1 + 6" ABC Class 6 + 6" HMA (4"PG 58-28 topped with 2" PG 58-34) Phase 2 work consists of putting traffic on newly constructed EB lanes, then variable depth mill and fill on existing roadway Proof-rolling is included in the cost of the work Ticket collection for ABC and HMA will be by Contractor. Revision under ad and Form 1389 coming. The latest date shall be March 27, 2023. Clearing and grubbing shall be completed by April 1, 2023. All work between March 15 - May 31 will occur after 10 am until dusk. After May 31 work begins 1/2 hour after sunrise and ends 1/2 hour before sunset. Revision under ad and CDOT Form 1389 clarification forthcoming. Guardrail will be installed after June 1.
