Kirkwood School District is requesting a statement of qualifications for services for the KHS Synthetic Turf Installation project and the District Board of Education meeting room project. The CMA/OR shall serve as the Owner's principal point of contact and liaison between the Architect (Design/Bid/Build contract), Contractor Team (Design/Build contract), General Contractor(s)/Builder, and other consultants and vendors throughout the project. The CMA/OR Firm shall advocate for the Owner's interests of quality, timely and cost-sensitive design and construction while maintaining professional relationships with all parties. The CMA/OR will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the project at the best and lowest price in the marketplace and highest degree of functionality and quality. However, the CMA/OR will not be permitted to be the Architect, Contractor Team, General Contractor/Builder and other consultants. Furthermore, no firm or contractor controlled by or partially owned by the CMA/OR shall be allowed to contract for, bid on, or perform any design, architectural, engineering, or construction services/work on any projects covered by the contract with Owner. All communications for this RFQ shall be directed to the Facilities Department, 314-213- 6185. Contact with other District officials or members of the Board of Education is prohibited.
