This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (Manitoba), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (CPPD) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation (Owner) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an Exterior Retrofit, Mechanical Upgrade, Site Works as further described in Section 1 of the RFP. CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for Exterior Retrofit, Mechanical Upgrades, Site Works see Table 1.1.3 for building type and location. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of roofing assembly, rain gear, attic insulation, partial wall claddings, windows and exterior doors, mechanical HVAC upgrades, including retrofit of existing walkways, patios and stairs, re-grading and landscaping, parking area, garbage enclosures, tree removal/pruning, fence replacements, electrical and lighting upgrades to the site. Work site locations will be fully occupied during construction. CPPD is administering this RFP process.
