Energized Digital Radiography Room for Olney Central Colleges Nursing program The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or waive informality or errors in bidding, to award the contract to his interests, and to hold the bids for a period of thirty (30) days from the bid date. Funds are being provided through Pipeline for the Advancement of the Healthcare Workforce (Award PATH 529- 23) grants passed through the Illinois Community College Board. Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility, and Voluntary Exclusions: No contract will be awarded to a bidder, nor its principals, that is presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation by any federal department or agency.
