Base Bid: Work covered by contract documents consist of all work associated with the reroofing of the High School for Richland County CUSD #1, including Area HS05 (approx. 1,175 sf), HS06 (approx. 120 sf), HS13 (approx. 3,550 sf), HS21 (approx. 625 sf), and HS22 (approx. 140 sf). B. Alternate No. A-1: All work associated with providing and installing roof ladders L1, L2, and L3 at the Richland County High School. A. Email questions to Architect. The Architect will not receive bidder's questions after 10:00 a.m. on Monday, 12 December 2022 unless the bid opening date is changed by addendum. Contractors are invited to submit an offer for the roof replacement of Area HS5, HS6, HS13, HS21, and HS22 at the High School at Richland County CUSD #1 The project consists of all the work associated with the roof replacement of the High School at Richland County CUSD #1. A single stipulated sum bid will be received for all Work. A Bid Bond and Performance and Payment Bond will be required. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The successful bidder must agree to conform to the current rules and regulations of the Fair Employment Practices Commission. Attention is called to the provisions of Equal Employment Opportunity. Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to all laborers, workers and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).
