Renovation of an educational facility in Lebanon, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
We are requesting pricing for the removal of the existing membrane down to the existing insulation on roof areas L, N, G, E, C. Once the membrane is removed, all wet or damaged insulation will be removed and replaced with new. Over the prepared insulation we are requesting a new 1/2 " high density polyiso coverboard be installed. Over the coverboard, a Versico .060mil TPO roofing and flashing system will be installed. Price to include all new sheet metal associated with the roof including but not limited to gutters, downspouts, counterflashing and drip edge metal. All existing soffit in these areas to be removed and replaced with new. The roof system is to carry a 20-year manufacturer's warranty for labor and materials. Bidding contractors will need to demonstrate with their bid, through included bid submittals their qualifications to obtain a warranty from Versico and a letter qualifying that the installer has been installing TPO roofs for a minimum of 15 years. The contractor shall remain solely responsible for the installation procedures set out by Versico Roofing Systems. Hourly wages as set forth by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations and the prevailing wage law will be complied with on this project. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and waive any informality in the bidding.
