Renovation of a residential development in Lebanon, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The Lebanon R3 School District ("The District") invites proposals for parties interested in acquiring and relocating the structures at 732, 734, & 736 Brice St., Lebanon, MO 65536 specified herein for The District. Acquisition includes structures only and does not include any portion of the lot the structures are on. If interested in purchasing all of these structures you may submit a sealed bid marked "BRICE STREET STRUCTURES ATTN: ADAM DAMERON." The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in bids. Scope of Work 3.1 General Specifications The Lebanon R3 School district is seeking to select a bidder interested in acquiring and relocating the structures located at 732, 734 & 736 Brice St., Lebanon, MO 65536. The bidder shall be responsible for the following: o The bidder shall be responsible for obtaining a demolition or structure moving permit from Code Administration located at Public Works, 1401 W. Commercial, Lebanon, MO 65536The bidder shall dig up the water service lines, cut and cap to keep debris out of the good section of pipe. The end of the pipe shall be marked. o The bidder shall dig up the sewer service lines, cut and install a 90-degree fitting then extend pipe above grade and cap pipe. o The bidder shall be responsible for leaving the site in a stable, safe condition, including repairing/restoring any areas damaged during removal/salvaging operations, and bringing in necessary dirt to fill in and level the hole left from removing the foundation and footings including planting grass seed. The lot shall be filled in and leveled off with a minimum of 4" of topsoil. Remove all rocks and debris 1" or larger. Seed and straw the disturbed area with lawn mix and straw. The District must approve dirt work before any area is seeded and strawed. o The bidder shall be responsible for any necessary street repairs required by the City, and electrical disconnection. o The bidder is responsible for securing the site during removal or demotion. The bidder shall furnish and erect a wove wire fence at height approved by the City of Lebanon the same day that the building is pulled away from the foundation. The fence must be kept in place until work begins on the removal of the slab, foundation and footings within which needs to be completed within 60 days after the building has been removed including the hole filled in. o The bidder shall remove the building foundations, including foundation walls, footings, and slabs; on-grade concrete slabs and concrete driveway. o The bidder shall be responsible for the removal of the concrete, brick or blocks. o The bidder will be responsible for supplying the dumpster and removing all debris.
