Renovation of a residential development in St Thomas, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The City of St. Thomas owns the housing duplexes from 1 to 26 on Airey Ave. Several of the units are in need of a roof upgrade. All units are the same size at approximately 2160 sq. ft. (Bidders to confirm measurements prior to submitting their bid). The intent of this RFQ is to obtain a price for the completion of a roof upgrade in accordance with the specifications outlined herein. Based on the unit price for a single roof, the City will determine the number of structures that can be upgraded based on the available budget. Provide all materials, labour and equipment necessary to upgrade the entire roof of a single structure at the Airey Ave housing complex as described herein, or as necessary to complete the work, including: .1 New wood strapping over existing roof, and .2 New sheet steel roofing and trim.
