Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of The City of Willis in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it.
