Q&A Deadline: 12/02/2022 2:00 PM (PST) The Long Beach Unified School District ("District") is requesting proposals from qualified firms, ("Firm(s)") to perform Step 1 Soil Pre-characterization services ("Services") for the Phase 2 ESSER Shade Structure Project - Groups 1, 2 and 3 (28 sites in total) located at various school sites. The District has set the following RFP schedule to adhere to. The District reserves the right to modify this RFP Schedule as needed and will issue an addendum if it modifies this RFP Schedule. A consultant agreement will be issued for this work. Target Board Approval Date January 18, 2023 RFI Deadline (Due date and time for questions re: RFP) December 2, 2022 @ 2:00 P.M. Schools within the Long Beach Unified School District boundaries are stretched across multiple cities, including the cities of Long Beach and Lakewood. The various schools are situated in commercial and residential areas surrounded by parks, homes, apartments, etc. Phase 2 ESSER Shade Structure Project consists of 28 school sites that will receive shade structures during the summer months of 2023.
