Renovation of a municipal facility in Three Hills, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Kneehill County is inviting proposals for the replacement or repair of the HVAC system for the Family Community Support Services building located in the town of Three Hills, Alberta by an experienced and qualified company. The desired date for completion of the renovation, under the contract, is to be no later than June 30, 2023. These specifications cover only the major details of the system. It is the contractor’s responsibility to provide a solution or system that is fully compatible with the current building components. All work must meet or exceed current building codes in force within Kneehill County and the Province of Alberta. The contractor should have an experienced team of technical staff to complete the assignment and be able to demonstrate suitable knowledge and experience working in the restoration/repair/replacement of commercial building HVAC systems.
