Professional services required include the production of drawings, preliminary design, cost and budget preparation, bid specifications, contract documents, and oversight services during construction. The City of Daphne (City) plans to implement a local transportation improvement plan within the city limits of Daphne, Alabama. The City is seeking a qualified Consultant to provide professional engineering services for the implementation of this improvements plan in partnership with the Eastern Shore MPO (Metropolitan Planning Organization). The plan will be utilized for prioritizing transportation improvements projects for the City. Proposals are to be submitted to the attention of: Suzanne Henson, Finance Department. Proposals are invited from all qualified respondents. Submittals will not be accepted or considered after the deadline for receipt of the requested submittal.
