Renovation of a medical facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This Request for Proposal (the RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Construction Management at Risk Services (CMAR) for the Royal University Hospital Intensive Care Unit (RUH ICU) Project in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Renovation of Saskatoon Royal University Hospital (RUH) Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to increase the number of beds from 16 to 26, arranged in two units of 13 beds. The area under consideration for renovation is between 15,000 to 20,000 sq. ft. The Project will include, but not be limited to, patient rooms, isolation rooms, offices, meeting rooms, bathing rooms, washrooms, support, and service spaces throughout. Method of delivery will be construction management.
