Renovation of a municipal facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Saskatoon is looking for a General Contractor to facilitate the renovation of the main floor of Civic Square East. The general contracting services include, but are not limited to: 1. demolition; 2. hazardous materials abatement; 3. construction of new office and washroom spaces including: partitions, flooring, ceilings, mechanical/HVAC changes, electrical work, finishes, any other work as specified in the contract document. It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded in November 2023. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of until May 1, 2024.
