Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

For construction of the above project The Project will involve the following: disassembly and transportation of modular classroom building units and restoration of existing site; installation of pier foundations, water and sewer services and other utility connections, installation of concrete sidewalk, erosion control, site grading, site restoration and other related work. Bids security in the amount of five percent of the bid must accompany bid in accordance with the Information for Bidders. The following limitations shall apply to this Project: Approximate Start Date: January 11, 2023 Final Completion Date: March 10, 2023 Liquidated Damages: $200 per day Products and materials incorporated in the Work of this Project are exempt from Iowa sales tax and local option sales tax. Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment bond will be required in the full amount of the contract. Bidders shall list on the Form of Proposal the names of persons, firms, companies, or other parties with whom the bidder intends to subcon-tract. This list shall include the type of work and approximate subcontract amount(s).
