Site work for a mixed-use development in Parksville, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work involves the re-construction of approximately 500 lineal metres of roadway, on Moss Avenue between Alberni Highway and Craig Street. The works include the replacement of water mains, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, sidewalks, and related appurtenances; road re-construction, complete with concrete curb and gutter; installation of new streetlighting; boulevard restoration; and other related surface improvements within the project area, including small sections of broomfinished sidewalk. Tenderers must register with the City of Parksville at engineering@parksville.ca citing Moss Avenue Upgrades in the subject line to receive electronic copies of the Tender documents and any Addenda.
