The Board of Education of the Township of Willingboro, New Jersey, hereby advertises for request for proposals in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21(a,b) for the following: Engineer of Record for the 2023-2024 School Year Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the New Jersey Public School Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq., New Jersey Pay to Play, N.J.S.A. 19:44A- 20; and other legislative enactments, more specifically Chapter 271 of the laws of the State of New Jersey, the Willingboro Township Board of Education located at 440 Beverly-Rancocas Road, Willingboro, NJ 08046 is seeking RFPs for: Engineer of Record for the 2023-2024 School Year All questions concerning this notice should be addressed to the Business Administrator/Board Secretary, Dr. Kelvin L. Smith via email at ksmith@wboe.net. The bid opening process will begin on the above advertised date and time. No bids shall be received after the time designated in the advertisement. (N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21(b)). Online Bid Opening Info : At this time, please do not come to the Administration Building because interested parties and members of the public are not permitted in the District offices. The names of the vendors and their prices will be announced at the time of the bid opening on the online live streaming video. If a potential bidder, interested party, and/or member of the public does not wish to view the live video stream but would like to hear the bid opening, the audio of the bid opening can be heard by utilizing the call in number and PIN located with the Google Meeting. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
