The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor for inspection and sounding, concrete repairs, vomitory demolition and infill, back row aisle modification, aisle step demolition and replacement, new aisle railings, expansion joint replacement, and waterproofing traffic membrane coating application for the Memorial Stadium-East Stadium Balcony. Bidder Questions Deadline 12/12/2022 1:00:00 PM (CT) In order to be given consideration, any questions or requests for bid interpretation must be received by the University of Nebraska Procurement Services office no later than this date/time. Questions must be submitted to ebid@nebraska.edu. The stadium repairs and waterproofing must be substantially completed not later than August 1, 2023. Liquidated damages in the amount of $2,000/Day will be accessed for each calendar day the project is delayed beyond August 4, 2023.
