The R.M of Britannia No. 502 is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or companies who are accredited and licensed to perform building code review and inspection services in Saskatchewan throughout a three (3) year service agreement. It shall be understood that the successful individual or company will be required to work closely and collaboratively with the Planning and Development Department to provide building code services, including plan review and inspection services in an efficient and effective manner. Additional Information: All proposals must include the following information: Proof of proponent's valid minimum Class 1 Building Inspector License. Proof of proponent's membership in good standing with the Saskatchewan Building Official Association (SBOA). Proof of certificate of Liability insurance with minimum $1,000,000 for residential, minimum$2,000,000 for commercial per incident or occurrence. A copy of an up-to-date clearance or letter of good standing with the Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board is to be included with the tender submission. Current Fee Schedule. Two References.
