Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Macomb, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
96-inch Water Transmission Main (WTM) Relocation Phase 2: 02.TC.02 - Restoration Works (PreQualification) PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS: Restoration Works generally includes Final backfill to roadway subbase Fine grade Paving Landscaping Curb and gutter Pavement Markings Restoration & Monuments This invitation for Pre-qualification is specific for construction of the new 96-inch Water Main. A separate pre-qualification has been released for the pipeline works portion of this project. Invitation to Bid will be released at a later date. The scope of work for the Restoration Works package generally consists of restoring paving and landscaping according to the grading plan above the new 96-inch WTM along Dequindre Road between Hamlin Road and 24 Mile Rd. Limits of restoration for this package will be between Stations 102+00 to 160+60 to the south and 182+80 to 204+05 to the north as detailed in the contract documents. Current 90% design documents are available for reference, and issue for bid documents will be available at bid advertisement. Trade Contractors must submit prequalification paperwork by December 14, 2022.
