The MCDR at its discretion reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding process and to make the award as may appear to be in the best interest of the County of Macomb. The Contractor shall start work within 10 days after May 1, 2022 or on the date agreed upon with the Engineer. In no case shall any work begin prior to receipt of formal notice of award or prior to formal certification of the Contractors equipment, if required. The entire project shall be completed on or before July 31, 2022. The Contractor will be on call through April 30, 2023.
