Grand Traverse County and the City of Traverse City seek a consultant to develop a Facilities Master Plan (FMP) which will guide the future decisions of the organizations regarding space, land, and facilities. This RFP is being put forth to engage a qualified architectural and engineering firm to create this plan for the County and City, at the direction of and with support of County and City staff.
