(WAA) is soliciting Proposals for the provision of Construction Management services to complete the T-214 Air Terminal Building - Door Code Compliance - Phase 3 project at 1970 Wellington Avenue, Winnipeg MB by December 21, 2022. The successful proponent shall be a General Contractor who will provide Construction Management (CM) services during design and construction, including day to day coordination of Construction works, contractors and trade contractors. The CM will form part of the Project Team and work with representatives from WAA, Republic Architecture and SMS Engineering representing areas of expertise and stakeholder inputs, as required.
