**As of March 24, 2023, project was awarded to Dalke & Sons Cons and Lee's Engineering, awarded total amount is $792,330.** Contractor shall provide all the material, equipment, labor and incidentals associated with the renovation of wood decks at Lake Arrowhead Lodge located in Lake Arrowhead, California. Contractor shall replace, in-kind, deteriorating wood decking, wood joists, wood rail posts, and wood hand rails at Acorn, Alder, Fernrock, and Stonewall cottages. the existing deck planks and guardrails will be removed along with selected joists,the new deck,guardrails, and joists will be constructed The Work shall be divided into two phases: Phase 1 (Acorn, Alder, and Stonewall cottages) and Phase 2 (all remaining Work of the project including Fernrock cottage). The University currently anticipates Phase 1 to begin no sooner than February 20, 2023 and to be completed no later than March 26, 2023, and Phase 2 (Fernrock cottage) to begin no sooner than March 1, 2023 and to be completed by March 26, 2023.
