**As of December 28, 2022, the project has not yet been awarded. The anticipated date for award is not yet determined. Sealed bids for the installation of +/- 1900 feet of water main, and +/- 5900 square yards of road rebuild and other related appurtenances, clean-up, services, All bidders will be required to register with Benchmark Engineering as plan holders. Failure to register may result in the Bidder not being informed of Addendum, and lack of acknowledgement may result in the bid being rejected as nonresponsive. The City of Harbor Springs reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to award to the bidder whose bid best serves the interest of the City. The contract completion date is Saturday, June 24, 2023. Bidders acknowledge that no contract is created until a written contract is approved by the Township Board and executed by the Township. The Township is allowed to perform additional investigation after Board action and prior to execution of the actual contact. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days from the day of the bid opening.
