Site work for a water / sewer project in Little Traverse Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids for the installation of a +/- 113,000 gallon Reinforced Concrete Reservoir and, and related appurtenances, clean-up, services, work and materials. The successful bidder shall be required to enter into contract with the Little Traverse Township and to provide proof of Workers Compensation and Public Liability insurances. Please submit your bid in a sealed envelope clearly marked with Little Traverse Township - 2022. Reservoir The name of the company submitting the bid must also be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. The Little Traverse Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to award to the bidder whose bid best serves the interest of the Township. The contract start date is after April 1, 2023, and the contract completion date is August 18, 2023. Bidders acknowledge that no contract is created until a written contract is approved by the Little Traverse Township and executed by the Township. The Township is allowed to perform additional investigation prior to execution of the actual contact. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days from the day of the bid opening. All proposals shall include a bid bond or bank letter of credit in the amount of 5% of the contract amount.
