The Consultant shall provide professional quality assurance material testing for earthwork, utility and concrete improvements for the Old Town Sidewalk Connectivity Phase I Project (CC23-051) and the Tawney Ridge Lane Traffic Signal Project (CC23-020). The work generally consists of sampling & testing of PCC concrete, taking soils samples, conducting in-place relative density test for base, subbase & subgrade soils and the testing of asphalt compaction. The Consultant is expected to provide detailed daily field reports of construction activities/observations with labeled photographs and results of material testing. Monthly progress reports and the necessary equipment to perform the observation and testing shall be provided. All soils testing shall be conducted in accordance with ASTM Standards. All concrete testing shall be conducted in accordance with ASTM and/or ACI Standards. Please reference "Request for Quote CC23-074" when contacting the City regarding this solicitation.
