East Peoria Community High School District 309 will receive sealed bids for Asbestos Abatement for 2023 Foods Labs Renovations at East Peoria High School. The work is as follows: Remove floor tile and associated mastic (approximately 4,125 square feet) from clothing lab 353C and foods labs 357C and 359C, and associated storage rooms utilizing gross removal methods. Remove pipe and fitting insulation (approximately 300 linear feet and 65 fittings) from computer lab 253C, classrooms 257C, 259C and 261C utilizing glove bag removal methods. The Date of Commencement is May 26, 2023. The Date of Substantial Completion is June 10, 2023.
