Lackawanna County Board of Commissioners Request for SEALED Bids on the following item: GC Smith Retaining Wall Replacement Project A bid bond, certified check, or cash in the amount of 10% of the bid amount is required to be submitted with each bid, payable to the Lackawanna County Treasurer, as a guarantee of the bidder's willingness to execute the contract if awarded the same. All bids shall be sent to the Controller's Office by courier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) which could be tracked. Hand delivered bids will be accepted by the Controller's Office. Bid Envelopes/Packets are to be sealed and plainly marked with the Project Name and Bid ID and contain all the specifications and the 10% Bid Bond along with all other pertinent information. The project site is located at the GC Smith Road Bridge in Elmhurst Township, PA. The right to reject any and all bids is hereby reserved by Lackawanna County.
