Site work for a water / sewer project in Cascade, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes construction of a new well to serve the Village of Cascade. Well construction consists of drilling a 240-foot deep well with a 12-inch inner casing and a 200-GPM capacity. Other work includes site preparation, erosion control, sampling and testing, development, performance pumping, and water quality analysis. Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% The Work will be substantially completed on or before March 24, 2023, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before April 21, 2023.
