All bids shall be sent to the Controller's Office by courier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) which could be tracked. Hand delivered bids will be accepted by the Controller's Office. Bid Envelopes/Packets are to be sealed and plainly marked with the Project Name and Bid ID and contain all the specifications and the 10% Bid Bond along with all other pertinent information. The project site is located at Willow Street at the Bridge over an unnamed tributary to Ackerly Creek in Dalton Borough, PA.
