Renovation of an educational facility in Sissonville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project consists of HVAC replacement and renovation at Sissonville Elementary School. Replacement to include demolition/removal of existing mechanical HVAC systems to include units, piping, ductwork, etc. as required for installation of new HVAC systems. Demolition to include removal and replacement and repair of existing rooftop equipment and roofing as required for installation of new systems. The scope of work will also include replacement of HVAC equipment and related roof curbs as well as final connections. New digital temperature controls shall also be provided to tie into the district wide controls. Refer to contract documents for detailed scope description and contract requirements. Included within this project shall be window replacements and exterior door and frame replacement and casework where indicated. This project is a rebid and includes deletion of Geothermal System.
