Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Largo, Florida. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of December 5, 2025, the project is in the initial design phase. The design period is scheduled from fall 2025 through fall 2026, with construction anticipated to begin in summer 2027 and conclude in winter 2028. This project focuses on improvements to enhance safety and mobility for bicycles and pedestrians along the corridor, including connections to the Highland Recreation Center. The project involves filling in sidewalk gaps from Rosery Road to Belleair Road. Sidewalk gaps on the west side of the roadway will also be addressed. New storm-hardened mast arm traffic signals will be installed at the intersections of Rosery Road and 6th Avenue. The project will also include Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) improvements to sidewalks, ramps and business driveways along the entire length of the project limits. This project is included in the Pinellas County Fiscal Year 2025-2030. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
