Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Largo, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Construct an ADA compliant trail around the property, bench areas (covered and uncovered), smaller prefabricated shelters on the south, picnic tables, benches, lawn/landscaping, parking, water fountains and prefabricated restrooms. Will also include site grading, stormwater management, and water/sanitary to the restrooms. The project has a 2 step bid submission process: Step 1 Bid Submission Deadline: June 4, 2024, 3:00pm, Step 2 Bid Submission Deadline: June 20, 2024, 3:00pm *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
