Construction Plans and specifications as well as any required permit modifications and/or amendments and development of a Site Operating Plan (SOP) for a composting facility for the City of Laredo Ponderosa Landfill located at 10705 HWY 359, Laredo, Texas. Scope of services include, but are not limited to: Preparing the construction plans, specifications and bid documents for a composting facility. Preparing and submitting any needed permit modifications and/or amendments to TCEQ Preparing a Site Operating Plan (SOP) for the composting operations. The City of Laredo will solicit and receive statement of qualifications from qualified firms interested in providing professional services for design, preparation of plans and specifications for a composting facility as well as any needed permit modifications and/or amendments and development of a site operating plan (SOP) for the above referred project. Firms submitting interest statements should be ready to negotiate a contract within fifteen (15) days after notifications of recommendation for award. The City of Laredo reserves the right to reject any or all submittals received and to award contract.
