Sealed Proposals will be received by the Township of Lower Merion for the following: Shortridge Memorial Park Streambank Maintenance Contract Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as specified in the Instructions to Bidders section of the Bid Document. 5. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% are required. Also, a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% is required. Scope of Work The work includes, but is not limited to, removal and resetting of toe boulders; installation of toe boulders, coir logs, and coir mats; selective tree removal; regrading; landscape; and restoration. Construction Notice to Proceed is planned for March 2023 pending contract execution. 9. Detailed specifications developed by the Pennoni Associates, Inc.
