Architect of Record for the 2023-2024 School Year Notice of Solicitation Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the New Jersey Public School Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq., New Jersey Pay to Play, N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20; and other legislative enactments, more specifically Chapter 271 of the laws of the State of New Jersey, the Willingboro Township Board of Education located at 440 Beverly-Rancocas Road, Willingboro, NJ 08046 is seeking RFPs for: Architect of Record for the 2023-2024 School Year Services to be provided to the Board of Education during the 2023-2024 school year. All questions concerning this notice should be addressed to the Business Administrator/Board Secretary, Dr. Kelvin L. Smith via email at ksmith@wboe.net. The bid opening process will begin on the above advertised date and time. No bids shall be received after the time designated in the advertisement. (N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21(b)). At this time, please do not come to the Administration Building because interested parties and members of the public are not permitted in the District offices. The names of the vendors and their prices will be announced at the time of the bid opening on the online live streaming video. In order to access the online live streaming of the bid opening, all potential bidders, interested parties, and members of the public must visit the Willingboro Board of Education portal.
