Site work for a civil project in Murfreesboro, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The City of Murfreesboro has received an Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program (ACEDP) grant from the Arkansas Economic Development Commission for drainage improvements within city limits of Murfreesboro, AR., 71958. Project construction consists of 10" Water Main Relocation, removing and replacing existing drainage pipes with 40" drainage pipes and improve inlets at low points by installing culverts to alleviate severe flooding in the area. A new street ditch and culverts installed along North Maple Street and reshaping/grading ditches from 3rd to 6th streets. The City of Murfreesboro is interested in acquiring the services of a Engineering firm or individual to provide services for the above-referenced project. Any entity replying to this RFQ must provide documentation of current status and good standing with Sam.gov documentation with response to RFQ. Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with ACEDP procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process. City of Murfreesboro is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
