Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Murfreesboro, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The South Pike County School District and Doyle Howard Construction, Inc. will be taking bids for the High School additions and alterations. We will be taking bids from subcontractors for the construction of this new facility. Contact: Scott Howard Doyle Howard Construction, Inc. 870-703-7534 scott.dhconstruction@yahoo.com Bid packages: Demolition Cast in Place Concrete Masonry Plumbling Elect HVAC Windows and Doors Specialty Steel Acoustic Ceiling Water Proofing All bids must be in a sealed opaque envelope with company name, contractor license number, project name, and bid package contractor is bidding on. Bids will be required to be filled out on the Bid Form provided by the Construction Manager. Subcontractors are encouraged to have a scope of work sheet in the bid package. Proof of liability insurance and workman compensation insurance is all required in the bid envelope. All information needed to bid on this project can be found in the project manual under general conditions and supplementary conditions. Subcontractors must use summary of work on sheet 01010. All subcontractors must agree to a signed contract. Bids received after the listed time and date will not be opened. Unopened bids will be returned to the company. Bidders shall conform to all the requirements of the Arkansas Contractors Laws for Contractors Laws for Contractors performing work in the State of Arkansas. The Owner, Construction Manager, and Architect reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days without written consent of Owner and Construction Manager. All bids shall hold their bid price for 60 days. Once contract is signed the price shall not change without permission from the Construction . Doyle Howard Construction, Inc. reserves the right to bid on any bid packages concerning the general construction.
