Proof of liability insurance and workman compensation insurance is all required in the bid envelope. All information needed to bid on this project can be found in the project manual under general conditions and supplementary conditions. Subcontractors must use summary of work on sheet 01010. All subcontractors must agree to a signed contract. Bids received after the listed time and date will not be opened. Unopened bids will be returned to the company.
