Renovation of a municipal facility in Murfreesboro, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Electrical & Masonry Replacement and improvements to the county courthouse Proposals must be submitted on the form shown in the Specifications and must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of at least 5% of the base bid, all in accordance with the General Conditions or Modifications thereof bound with the Specifications. Performance and Payment Bond, in the full amount of the contract will be required for contract security. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified bidder, except that the Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any and all bids. Bidders will be required to comply with all public bid laws of the State of Arkansas. Pike County is an equal opportunity employer.
