The North Central Regional Transit District (NCRTD or The District) is soliciting bids for the construction of a new maintenance and operations facility to house the organization's existing and future fleet maintenance and operational needs. The purpose of this request is to solicit proposals from qualified general contractors for the construction of a new facility to include (1) Operations Areas, (2) Maintenance Repair Bays and Support Spaces, (3) Maintenance Equipment and (4) a Fueling Station located at 1320 Salazar Drive, Taos, New Mexico 87571. Question Deadline 05/05/2023 On page 10, Deadline to Submit Questions has CHANGED to May 5, 2023 and Responses to Written questions to May 10, 2022. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure all addenda have been received and acknowledged prior to submitting a proposal.
