Bid responses shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as follows: RFB: 23-132-12-27 Leandro (ML05a) Drainage Improvements Project. No Facsimiles or late arrivals will be accepted. Inspiration Road to Los Ebanos Road otherwise known as Drainage Area Leandro (ML05a) of the City of Mission Comprehensive Storm Drainage Assessment Report
