Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Harper, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project is generally described as the removal and replacement of approximately 245 linear feet of 8' x 3' RCB box culvert, construction of six ADA compliant pedestrian ramps, 21 ft of 6" waterline lowering, two storm inlets with laterals, 163 LF curb & gutter, 1,476 SF of sidewalk, 260 SY brick street reconstruction, 186 SY asphalt street reconstruction, concrete alley approach, and various items associated with replacement of the box culvert storm sewer system. A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held.
