All questions shall be submitted in writing or via e-mail to the attention of Michael Gray at mgray@hhoh.org If mailed, the address is as follows: City of Huber Heights ATTN: RFP Michael Gray, 6131 Taylorsville Rd., Huber Heights, OH 45424. a) Provide a detailed revitalization plan for landscaped ornamental bedding areas identified below. This plan will include a guaranteed life expectancy or replacement of all newly or added vegetation for three years or the remaining time of the service agreement. The work described in this proposal shall include detailed drawings and/or descriptions of each location. The plans shall include replacing/re-utilizing a combination of existing healthy growing landscape areas and replacing the older less aesthetically appealing grass, plants, flowers, trees, shrubbery and hardscapes. It shall include year around plans for maintenance by the bidder or current contract agreement to include the properties requiring a minimum maintenance schedule of every 7 to 10 days. All properties with an irrigation system should be inspected for any repairs, improvements, or redesign/realignment to accommodate new landscape plan. b) Traffic Control: The bidder shall provide all necessary traffic control when working in the public right-of-way or conditions are applicable. When applicable the bidder will be permitted to close traffic lanes with prior permission from the Public Works Manager. The bidder will be responsible to provide all traffic control devices and manpower as required by ODOT specifications. Locations a) I-70 and St Rt 202 East Interchange b) I-70 and St Rt 202 West Interchange c) St Rt 201 north of I-70 Blvd 1 Blvd 2 Blvd 3 Blvd 4 to include stone pillar replacement Blvd 5 Blvd 6 d) Pump station at Shull Rd and St Rt 201 e) Executive Blvd at St Rt 201 add stone pillar f) Executive Blvd at St Rt 202 add stone pillar g) Centerpoint Blvd at St Rt 235 add stone pillar h) City Hall i) Police Building j) Municipal Courts Building k) South Portal Entrance l) Two gateway signs- one located on St Rt 201 westside of the road, the other on the north side of west bound I-70, just south of St Rt 235, accessed from Technology Blvd.
