Security Alarm Systems and IDS, FFP,The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, services and equipment to administer, maintain, and repair IDS on Redstone Arsenal. Contractor shall provide the necessary manpower and material required to perform the diagnosis and replacement of IDS components, make adjustments, and conduct testing during scheduled or non-scheduled work hours. The Contractor shall maintain the entire IDS in an operational state of repair. The contractor will also have the responsibility of installing, repairing and maintaining the equipment composing the complete Redstone Arsenal Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system to include the network devices, Servers, Clients, Cameras, Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPS), Surge suppression, fiber optic and wireless network connectivity to include configuration of the access and distribution switches. The performance objectives, performance standards, and acceptable quality level are listed in the Performance Requirements Summary (PRS). See PWS for additional guidance, dated 31 March 2022.
