Historic Structure Rehabilitation Services The Town of Clarkdale, Arizona, invites the submittal of Responses For Proposals ("RFP") for construction services from qualified firms and registrants ("respondent") properly registered in the State of Arizona with the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration to rehabilitate the Historic Bandstand in the Town Park. All RFP will be subject to all requirements specified in the Request for Proposals package (the "RFP"). RFP will not be faxed or mailed. All Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond for ten percent (10%) of the bid amount which shall be returned by the Town to those whose proposals are not accepted and to the successful proposer upon the execution of a satisfactory bond and contract. The Town reserves the right to cancel this request or reject any or all RFP in whole or in part for any reason.
