The Town of Clarkdale, Arizona Invites the submittal of Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for Project Management Services from qualified firms and individuals for the Selna-Mongini Park Improvements Project. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing tasks relating to the grantfunded revitalization of Selna-Mongini Park including a) leading Park planning; b) coordination of tasks and resources on time and within budget, scope, and compliance; c) monitoring, managing, and reporting progress of the project, including grant compliance; and d) managing project challenges. SOQs will be subject to all requirements specified in the Request for Qualifications package (RFQ). The Town reserves the right to cancel this request or reject any or all SOQs in whole or in part if it is advantageous to the Town. Minority, woman-owned and disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to submit.
